What is your pricing model?

There are two pricing models: support and feature-based. With a paid plan, you get an expert team of dedicated bookkeepers. Other features, if enabled, are based on usage.  Taxes and CFO services are paid options; pricing is based on complexity and level of support.

How does pricing change as I grow?

Our default pricing is based on prior 3-month expenses; they automatically increase as you grow.

Will the annual plan lock in my price?

The annual plan does not lock in your price. If your business is growing rapidly and in need of more support, you will be billed for the difference.

Is there an implementation fee?

Yes. The implementation fee depends on the level of complexity and catch-up/clean-up required to ensure a smooth transition.

Will you file my taxes?

Yes, we will file your annual federal, state, and Delaware Franchise taxes for an additional cost. We also file individual taxes for founders/co-founders as well.
